They are interested in getting the 20-year-old striker on loan until the end of the current season.
The Romanian club has offered 200,000 euros for the Saipa striker.
Steaua Bucharest also wants Brazilian Maicon Pereira de Oliveira who currently plays for the Ukrainian Volyn Lutsk.
“We are going to sign the Iranian striker. I would rather recruit Ansarifard and Oliveira than to pay one and a half million for another player,” Steaua Bucharest president Gigi Becali was quoted as saying by station Gsp TV.
