Shukralla is a legal researcher by vocation and his mother tongue is Arabic. He is also fluent in English.
The Bahraini became an international referee in 2008 and his first match was between Saudi Arabia and Yemen in January 2009.
His hobbies are running, football, swimming and fishing. Shukralla’s fondest memory is when he became an elite referee.
Shukralla will be assisted in the match by Khaled Al Allan of Bahrain and Mohammed Jawdat Nehlawi of Syria.
