The match between the two Asian Football Confederation (AFC) teams will be held at the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha at 7:15 p.m. Iran time.
Iran has been drawn in Group D of the AFC Asian Cup along with North Korea, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates, while the host of the games, Qatar, is grouped with China, Kuwait, and Uzbekistan.
The 2011 AFC Asian Cup will be held in Doha from January 7-29.
