MNA - An Iran football league match between Esteghlal and Shahrdari of Tabriz was suspended due to air pollution in Tehran on Friday.
Azizollah Mohammadi head of the Iran League Organization said the match will be held on Saturday.
Officials had previously employed some stopgap measures like closing schools, universities, and government offices as well as imposing special traffic restrictions, but the choking smog did not dissipate.
