Iran U-23 football team to fly to Guangzhou

MNA - Iran Under-23 football team will leave Tehran for China tomorrow to take part in the 2010 Asian Games.

Iran has been drawn in Group B of the competitions along with Turkmenistan, Bahrain and Vietnam.

The opening football match will be played on November 7, five days prior to the opening ceremony of the 2010 Asian Games on November 12. The event will end on November 25.
 
In this tournament some 24 teams will play in the men’s competitions.
