MNA - Damash Gilan defender Mohammad Siah has been banned by the Anti-Doping Committee of Iran Football Federation for two years after testing positive for a prohibited substance (prednisolone), it was announced on Sunday.

“We studied the case of the first division team’s defender and his action stands against WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) rules,” head of the Iranian Football Federation’s Medicine Committee Ahmad Hashemian said.
Prednisolone is banned under WADA anti-doping rules.
