The remaining Iranian representative Zob Ahan Esfahan FC will face last year's ACL winner Pohang Steelers FC. The first leg will be held at the Fooladshahr Stadium on September 15th, the second leg will take place in South Korea one week later.
Promoting as runner-up of Group H, Pohang Steelers eliminated Japanese side Kashima Antlers on their way to the quarter-finals.
Zob Ahan managed to win group B and defeated IPL's Mes Kerman in the round of 16.
