Persepolis futsal team returns to IPL

MNA - Persepolis futsal team reentered Iran Professional League (IPL) on Thursday.

The Tehran-based fusal team achieved promotion to IPL after five years of absence by beating Dabiri of Tabriz 2-0 in an away game.
“I dedicate this achievement to all cancer patients. I wanted to prove to all patients that we can conquer cancer,” said Persepolis coach Babak Masoumi who suffers from blood cancer himself.
