Persepolis is scheduled to play Saba Battery on Wednesday at the Yadegar-e-Emam Stadium in Qom.
Speaking at the Persepolis training session Kranjcar said, “I hope that we defeat Saba Battery in Qom. I don’t like to win one match and lose another,”
“Fortunately, we are in good condition and trained well over the last few days. I am looking forward to presenting a dazzling football performance against Saba Battery,” the Croat added.
Hawar Mulla Mohammed and Wesley Brasilia have been out of Persepolis due to their late return to Iran. Kranjcar said, “Persepolis officials will make a decision about forgiving them and I cannot interfere in their affairs.”
Persepolis is third in the IPL rankings while Saba Battery sits 11th in the table.
