GOAL - Iran have to deal with a strong Macedonia team when they meet in a friendly in Tehran on Wednesday. Iran are in the middle of qualification for the 2011 Asian Cup.

Team Melli defeated Jordan last weekend and have a return match in Amman on November 22.

Lazio striker Goran Pandev is set to take the pitch at the Azadi Stadium. Macedonia are fresh after defeating Canada 3-0 last Saturday.

Iran are also fielding a strong team with European-based stars such as Javad Nekounam, who scored the winner against Jordan, and Masoud Shojaei.
