national team set off for Iran on Friday ahead of a friendly tournament
involving the hosts national team, South Africa and Morocco.
Coach Uruguayan Anibal Ruiz has named a 19-strong squad for the tournament although non of the Europe-based players will be involved. Guarani forward Pablo Gimenez, originally due to be involved, was forced to withdraw after getting injured in Thursday night's 2-1 win over Sport Colombia.
