Traktor Sazi have promoted to the Iran’s Professional League after an eight-year absence. Steel Azin had advanced to the IPL last week. Bushehr’s Shahin Pars Jonobi and Shahrdari Tabriz booked their places in the play-off stage.
Mashin Sazi Tabriz, Deihim Ahvaz, Homa of Tehran and Shahrdari Zanjan relegated to the Iran’s Second Division.
Iran’s First Division League, known as Azadegan League, consists of two subdivisions, each having 14 teams. The top two point getters are promoted to the IPL as thirteenth and fourteenth are automatically relegated to the 2nd division.
