Zob Ahan, who had lost 1-0 to Rah Ahan in the first leg, beat the Tehran based team 5-1 and won Iran’s Elimination Cup.
Shahin Kheiri put Zob Ahan in the lead in the 18th minute and Esmaeil Farhadi doubled the score in the 31st minute.
Mojtaba Zarei of Rah Ahan pulled a goal back with seven minutes remaining to the first half.
Zob Ahan continued its dominance in the second half when Ghasem Haddadifar scored in the 47th and 90th minutes.
Mostafa Salehinejad rubbed salt into Rah Ahan’s wound in the injury time by sealing a 5-1 victory in the final game.
