The website rated the Iranian teenager first in the elite group, writing that he is sufficiently talented to make it onto Iran's national soccer squad.
According to the feature, Iranian soccer fans have been raving about Hajysafi for months as his technique and passing ability have already marked him for bigger things.
The 18-year-old midfielder currently plays for Sepahan Football Club in the Iranian Premier League (IPL).
