IRNA - Professional Iranian football player, Javad Nekounam, was selected as one the Top Ten Asian Players of 2008 on Wednesday.
Javad Nekounam occupies the fourth place of the rankings.
Fully recovered Nekounam, an Iranian player with the Spanish club Osasuna, also joined the Iran soccer squad after a one-year injury layoff on May 18.
