Persepolis pays tribute to Bagheri

MNA - Persepolis football club praised their captain Karim Bagheri following his header against the UAE in the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Wednesday.
Persepolis veteran midfielder who has returned to the national team after seven years, saved a point for Iran in Group B in Dubai’s Al-Maktoum Stadium.

Persepolis manager Daryush Mostafavi and the managerial board paid tribute to their club’s international captain because of good performance against the UAE and his scoring in the game.

Iran is placed 2nd in Group B with five points behind South Korea bagging seven points.
