MNA - Iran has moved four
places up in recently released FIFA rankings on Wednesday.
Iran is placed 44th with 642 points and third in Asia behind Australia and
Japan with 739 and 722 points respectively.
Spain continued its reign as world’s top-ranked national team in the
rankings collecting 1657 points, followed by Germany (1413) and Italy
(1356).
Iran defeated Qatar 1-0 on Sunday in a friendly match.
