said on Monday that Esteghlal of Ahvaz managers just want to imitate Chelsea
owner Roman Abramovic.
“Shafiezadeh brothers just imitate Abramovic. The Chelsea owner spends his
money for the club and players but they (Esteghlal Ahvaz’s managers) just
talk about it,” said Mayeli-Kohan after release from detention.
“I was accused of saying that when Shafiezadeh brothers were toddlers Majid
Jalali was teaching lessons. In this case, all mothers have to go to jail,”
stated former Iran coach.
Iran former coach Mohammad Mayeli-Kohan was arrested on Sunday following the
complaint filed by Esteghlal Ahvaz manager.
Former Saipa football coach made an interview last season in favor of
Esteghlal Ahvaz’s coach Majid Jalali who was under pressure from team
officials to not get good results.
