MNA - Iranian futsal team was
beaten 2-1 by world champions Spain on Tuesday in the friendly match held in
Tehran’s Handball Gym.
Spaniard Fernando put the visitors ahead in the 15th minute and Torras
doubled the score in the 28th minute.
Mohammad Hashemzadeh netted for the hosts three minutes after.
Captain Mohammed-Reza Heidarian bade farewell to Iran national team at the
end of this match.
Iran is to play Spain on Wednesday. Asian champion is preparing for the 6th
edition of the FIFA Futsal World Cup which takes place in Brazil from
September 30th to October 18th.
