Khalili named best Iran soccer player

PTV - Iranian Premier League champion Persepolis best scorer Mohsen Khalili has been selected as the best Iranian soccer player of the year.

Khalili was awarded the Golden Ball after he was selected with the highest number of votes on Friday.

The ceremony was held at 11:00 am at the Olympic Hotel in the Iranian capital of Tehran.

Seyyed Jalal Hosseini of Saipa FC and Karim Baqeri of Persepolis were also on the list of the best players.

Tehran's Persepolis won the Iranian Premier League this year.
