defender Rahman Rezaei stressed he is open to talks with Iranian football
teams.
Asked whether any team has
contacted him he said, “I have yet to receive any offers. I have enough time
to find a good team so it is not necessary to make a speedy decision.”
Former Iran defender who is out of the national team added, “I would be
proud of wearing Iran’s jersey but the officials haven’t invited me. I
respect the coach’s decision and will remain patient.”
Livorno relegated to Italian Serie B last season. Rezaei is without a
contract now.
