MNA - Persepolis football club
has yet to choose its new coach, in spite rumors that Hamid Estili has
already been named as the team’s coach.
“We are still waiting for the session with Mr. Ali SaeedLu, head of the
managerial board, in order to present our nominees,” Persepolis general
manager said on Saturday.
The club has to name its new coach as soon as possible, Habib Kashani
emphasized.
Afshin Ghotbi parted company with Persepolis at the end of the last season
after the Tehran popular team won the Iran’s Professional League (IPL)
title. The Reds are still seeking a head coach.
Estili, Ghotbi’s assistant, is top candidate to replace him.
