MNA - Persepolis football club
manager said that the team may regain its six deducted points.
Persepolis has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to bring
back its deducted points, Habib Kashani said.
“ Following FIFA’s disagreement with Persepolis’ request, we appealed to CAS
and hope to convince them through certain documents to get back our deducted
points,” he added.
Persepolis occupies the second place in the chart with 49 points, five
points behind leader Sepahan of Isfahan.
FIFA deducted six points from Persepoils’ points tally two months ago due to
insolvency rules.
