PTV – Tehran's Esteqlal soccer
club has defeated Shiraz' Moqavemat-e Sepasi in Shiraz' Hafezieh Stadium in
the 14th week of the Iranian Premier League.
Esteqlal beat Moqavemat-e Sepasi 2-1 with the first goal scored by Mehrdad
Pouladi in the third minute of the game and the second goal by Ali Alizadeh
in the 15th minute of the match.
The only goal Moqavemat-e Sepasi scored was by Bahman Tahmasbi in the 32nd
minute.
Esteqlal was forced to play with only 10 men in the second half of the game
from the 57th minute after the referee showed the red card to Mehrdad
Pouladi.
