AFC names Cup referees

AFP - ASIAN football's governing body, the AFC, has named 16 referees from 15 countires for the 32 Asian Cup finals matches starting on July 7.

They must all clear a fitness test on July 2 in Kuala Lumpur.

"All the referees who have been selected have proved their refereeing skills in the past and under intense pressure,'' said Asian Football Confederation Director of Referees Yoshimi Ogawa.
