Oman are the biggest movers, jumping 12 places from 96 to 84. Outside the
top 100, Vietnam were the biggest movers and jumped a massive 34 places. The
south-east Asian nation have reached the semi-final of the ASEAN Cup.
Singapore have reached the same stage but have been rewarded by a drop of 15
places from 111 to 126. Lebanon move from 126 to 110.
