MNA – Iran’s national trainer Amir Qal’e-Noii
here Wednesday summoned 25 footballers for the Asian Cup Group B qualifier
against South Korea.
The two already qualified teams are scheduled to fight for the top place in
their second leg in the 100,000-seater Azadi Stadium, west of Tehran, on
Nov. 15.
Iran and Korea fought to a 1-1 tie in the first leg.
According to the report, fullback Rahman Rezaii will join the team in case
he recovers from his injury. The following players have been invited:
Goalkeepers: Vahid Taleblu, Hassan Rudbarian, Farshid Karimi, Rahman Ahmadi
Defenders: Mahmud Fekri, Amir-Hossein Sadeqi, Hadi Aqili, Mohammad Nosrati,
