PLDC - Emad Reza entered Iran on 31/5/85
and had left the country on 2/6/85, Despite the fact that Persepolis
complained Emad Reza had entered Iran after the Deadline for transfers which
was 4/6/85.
About their second complaint on finger prints, 3 official experts from
ministry of justice compared the finger prints and signatures on his
contract with the ones taken from him, It was proven that they were the same
and there was no difference between what had taken from him personally by
the experts and what was in documents of IPL players in IFF.
About Persepolis third complaint on the date of contract not being valid in
Isfahan Football Association and IFF league department, after hearing
Isfahan Football Association President comments and Persepolis officials,
controlling the Original documents of contract, It was
proven that Persepolis complaint on the contract not being done officially
in Isfahan Football Association is not true and is unjustified.
Its neccessary to add that none of Provincial Football Associations work in
Official hours of othe govermental associations, So signing a contract in
those hours is normal and common and it doesnt make the contract
fake, unofficial or anything. In IFF regulations and rules for Contracts there
is no hour and time limitations for signing contracts.
After all,Persepolis complaint is denied due to insufficient and lack of
backed up documents
