GOAL - Iran international goalkeeper Ebrahim
Mirzapour is set to be out of action for the rest of the year at least.
A recent MRI scan showed that the 28 year-old,
who joined Esteghlal Ahvaz in the summer Iran Pro-League rival Foolad has
damaged a cruciate ligament and will require surgery.
The ‘keeper was the custodian for the national team during the 2006 World
Cup and his doctor has predicted that he will be back in around five or six
months.
He has made 70 appearances for Team Melli since making his debut in July
2001 against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
