IRIB - A week after Perspolis parted company
with Arie Haan, they have succeeded in hiring Mostafa Denizli as their new
head coach.
Denizli who was in charge of Pas Tehran last season and guided them to the
runner-up position has signed a one-year contract to guide one of the most
popular football club in the country for the upcoming IPL season.
He is expected to take over the helm in a few days and continue to employ
Hamid Estili as his assistant.
Denizli, a former national team boss with Turkey has also coached two of the
most popular clubs in that country, namely Galatasaray and Fenerbache.
He also has coaching experience in Germany's Bundesliga 2.
