ISNA -Iranian MP warned about
Israel and U.S. interruptions on Iran's preparation football games and
requested that the country's political system must back up Iran's football
federation.
"After our nuclear dossier was reported to the UN Security Council, the U.S.
political system reached this result that they can not stand against us in
economic affairs," said Iranian MP and Iran's Football World Cup Committee
member.
"They saw football as the easiest and cheapest way to hit us, and they will
take steps on this matter. Which ever country we have talked to, or are to
talk to for preparation game, they will be after interruption," Seyyed Jalal
Yahyazade.
"Considering our political, commerce, cultural and economic relationships,
we can easily regardless of these interruptions hold these games. Of course
the country's political system and the parliament must aid the football
federation," he added.
