Iran in Malaysia for football friendly against Saudi Arabia

IRNA - Iran's national football team arrived here Tuesday to get ready for a friendly against Saudi Arabia.

Iran and Saudi Arabia field their players in the Malaysian capital on 20:30 local hours (17:00 Tehran's time).

The Iranian side will head for Tokyo on August 17 to play Japan in their last 2006 World Cup preliminary match.

Iran and Japan have already won tickets to Germany where the world's most prestigious sporting event, World Cup, is held.
