FIFA World Cup 2026

PLDC - Team Melli has learned its group-stage opponents for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, following Friday’s official draw held at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.

Team Melli will compete in Group G, facing Belgium, Egypt, and New Zealand. The nations are listed in order of their group seeding, which determines Iran’s match schedule in the tournament.
