Tasnim – Ali Samereh was named as Esteghlal football club’s sporting director on Wednesday.

Samereh, 45, replaced Bijan Taheri in the position.

He was introduced as sporting director in the club’s headquarters.

Samereh played for Esteghlal from 2000 to 2005.

He has most recently worked as assistant coach in Shahr Khodro.
