PLDC – Iran national football team coach Carlos Queiroz has shared a post on his Instagram account and thanked the Iranian federation.
Queiroz’s contract expired on Tuesday with Iran football federation.
He has reportedly been linked with a move to Algeria and South Korea football teams.
“Seven and a half years have passed. What a wonderful journey. The second longest contract of my career, after the Portuguese National Team for 10 years, reminds me that these experiences are about more than football, they are all about life.
No words can express my gratitude, pride, and honor of having been part of these two wonderful and unforgettable football families: the Portuguese and Iranian National Teams.
Thank you to all! To the future.”
His post shows he will likely leave Iran national football team.
