PLDC – Esteghlal football team announced the signing of two new players Saturday night.
The Blues signed a contract with Saipa defender Mohammad Daneshgar.
It’s said Daneshgar will replace Majid Hosseini who is going to leave Esteghlal in the summer transfer window.
Esteghlal also penned a contract with Khooneh Be Khooneh striker Ruhollah Bagheri.
Esteghlal has yet to extend Mame Baba Thiam’s contract and is going to strengthen its offensive line.
The Tehran based football team has already hired Paykan forward Morteza Aghakhan.
German coach Winfried Schaefer is going to end Esteghlal’s five-year title drought in Iran Professional League.
The IPL new season will kick off on July 26.
