PLDC - Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran (FFIRI) President Mehdi Taj has been hospitalized in Istanbul, Turkey due to heart trouble.
Taj was taken to hospital on Tuesday and will reportedly release this weekend.
Taj has traveled to Turkey to meet his Turkish counterpart.
He also visited Iran’s training camp in Turkey.
Iran national football team head coach Carlos Queiroz has visited Taj twice so far.
Taj underwent angiography in the hospital and his condition is stable now.
