Tehran Times - Persepolis iconic midfielder Soroush Rafiei has been linked with a summer move to Heidenheim.
According to Iranian media, Rafiei, who has yet to extend his contract with Persepolis, has caught the eye of German football team.
Rafiei signed a six-month contract with Persian Gulf Pro League club Persepolis in January 2017. He was given the number 7, which had previously been retired in honor of club legend Ali Parvin.
Heidenheim achieved their greatest success in 2013–14 when the team won promotion to the 2. Bundesliga for the first time.
