Tehran Times - Tractor Sazi football club have been banned from signing player in this season’s winter transfer after failing to pay the former player.
The Tabriz-based club notified the ban when they wanted to get the new signing Sajjad Shahbazzadeh’s ITC.
Earlier this week, Esteghlal experienced exactly the same problem as they were banned to sign any player in the winter transfer window after they failed to pay former player Adil Chihi.
But the problem is that Tractor Sazi have already used three of their new signings (Omid Alishah, Ahmad Norollahi and Hashem Beikzadeh) in the last four games.
Tractor Sazi, who are Persepolis main rivals in this season’s IPL title race, will take on Tehran’s giants on Sunday at Tehran’s Azadi stadium.
Amir Ghalenoei men are currently in the second place with 38 points, six points behind the league leaders Persepolis.
