TEHRANTIMES - Persepolis defender Mohsen Rabikhah has been sidelined at least for four weeks.

The 25-year-old defender suffered a hamstring injury in the match against Saipa last week.

Rabikhah has been diagnosed with a grade 2 hamstring strain.

An MRI taken yesterday revealed the injury and he will be out a minimum of four weeks.

Rabikhah has been one of Persepolis’s key players in the current season, helping the team to lead Iran Professional League (IPL).

He joined Persepolis from Sanat Naft Abadan at the first of the league.

Persepolis will play Foolad on Wednesday.
