Tasnim - Iranian national football team beat newly Serie B promoted side Spal 3-0 in a friendly match on Friday.

Team Melli will also face the B Italia representative on Tuesday. The second game will be played behind closed doors.

The visit came ahead of round three of the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers.

Iran’s first game at this stage will take place on September 1st against Qatar in Tehran.

Iran has been drawn in Group A along with Qatar, South Korea, Uzbekistan, China and Syria.
