Tasnim - Greek football club Panionios showed interest in signing Iranian international midfielder Masoud Shojaei.

According to Greek media, the two parties have reached an initial agreement and the Iranian player will participate at the medical exam within the next few days.

Greek Superleague side Panionios signed Iranian international striker Karim Ansarifard from Osasuna last year.

Shojaei joined Al-Gharafa in 2015 and played 25 matches for the Qatari club scoring four goals.

Shojaei spent the entire of his professional career in Osasuna. He played for the Spanish team 2008 to 2013.
