Carlos Queiroz men, who are preparing for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification, will meet Macedonia five days earlier in Skopje.
Iran’s scheduled friendlies against Croatia and Norway were called off earlier.
Macedonia is currently in the 141th place in FIFA ranking while Kyrgyzstan stands in 100th spot.
Iran has been drawn with South Korea, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Syria and China in Group A.
Iran will host Qatar in the first game of 2018 World Cup qualification third round on September 1.
