Tasnim - Branko Ivankovic has signed a two-year contract extension with the Iranian popular football team Persepolis.

Branko took charge of Persepolis in last year’s April on an 18-month deal.

The former Iran U-23 coach said he has received several offers but he wants to continue as Persepolis coach.

The 61-year-old Croat replaced Hamid Derakhshan in Persepolis.

Persepolis sits third in Iran Professional table and is one of the favorite to win the IPL title in the current season.
